2. Data we collect

• Contact form data you provide: name, email, mobile number (optional), requested service and your message.
• Technical data logged automatically by our hosting provider for operation and security, such as IP address, browser type, time of visit and pages requested.
• Aggregated, non-identifying usage statistics via Vercel Web Analytics, such as visit counts, most-visited pages, referrer, device type and country, without cookies and without tracking you across websites.
• We do not create user accounts, collect payment data, or collect sensitive data through the website.

3. Purposes and legal basis

• Responding to your enquiries and service requests, preparing proposals and following up, based on your consent when you submit the form.
• Operating, securing and improving the website, based on our legitimate interest.
• Complying with applicable laws and regulatory requirements in Saudi Arabia.
• We do not use your data for marketing without your separate consent, and we never sell your data.

4. Sharing

We share data only as necessary with service providers acting on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and security obligations:

• Vercel Inc.: website hosting and delivery, and aggregated visit statistics.
• Resend: delivering contact form messages to our mailbox.
• WhatsApp (Meta): only if you choose to contact us via the WhatsApp button; that conversation is governed by WhatsApp's privacy policy.
• Competent government authorities where legally required.

5. Transfers outside Saudi Arabia

The providers above may process data on servers outside the Kingdom. We ensure any transfer follows the controls in the PDPL and its Data Transfer Regulation, provides an appropriate level of protection, and is limited to the minimum data needed.

6. Retention

We keep contact request data for as long as needed to handle and follow up on your request, and no longer than 24 months after the last contact unless a contractual relationship requires a longer legal retention period. Technical logs are kept briefly by the hosting provider under its own policies. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

Under the PDPL you have the right to:

• Be informed about how and why your data is collected and processed.
• Access your data and obtain a copy.
• Request correction, completion or update of your data.
• Request destruction of your data when it is no longer needed.
• Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting earlier lawful processing.
• To exercise these rights, email info@myclck.com; we will respond within the statutory period. You may also lodge a complaint with the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).

8. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), restricting access to enquiries to the staff who handle them, and not storing form submissions on the website itself. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be fully secure.

9. Cookies

The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies or cross-site tracking tools. We use Vercel Web Analytics to measure visits in aggregate; it works without cookies and does not retain visitor identity. The hosting provider may use strictly necessary technical cookies for operation and security only; they are not used to identify you.

10. Children

The website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time and will publish the updated version on this page with its last-updated date. We will notify you of material changes by appropriate means.
